You can use any text editor to create and edit boo source files. The important thing is to configure your editor to generate utf-8 files.

I spend most of my time with Boo Explorer and JEdit.

There is also now an add-in for the SharpDevelop IDE included with the latest boo sources.

    And you can copy the files of cs.xml an cs.api and rename it for boo.xml and boo.api and you can have the AutoCompletetion
