The newproject command in /usr/local/despots/bin/ is used to create new projects.
*At the moment, DNS must be tweaked manually on hogshead. Talk to Bob 'The Despot' McWhirter. *
A bare-bones project can be created by simply supplying only the --project commandline option.
Once a project is created, the initial project despot should be added using adddespot.
