The removedespot command in /usr/local/despots/bin/ may be used by a project despot to remove despot permissions from a user.
The user will be removed from the despots@ project list and will be removed from the list of moderators for all other project lists.
WARNING: It's entirely possible for you to remove your own despot rights using this command.
