A GeoAPI milestone release has been deployed to maven repositories for review.

Significant changes this release include:

• GEO-108 - PointArray should extend List<Position>

Improvements

• GEO-107 - Add PrecisionModel to Geometry

• GEO-4 - Publish the GeoAPI charter on the GeoAPI web site
• GEO-21 - Update javadoc comment when new ISO 19111 revision will be public

The source code examples have been placed into svn as well.
