New catalog interfaces.
A set of catalog interfaces has been submitted by Degrees. Some adaptations are needed in order to link those interfaces against current GeoAPI interfaces. Once the adaptation is completed, the catalog interfaces will be included in the pending javadoc and a review phase should begin.
Note that the CVS currently contains code from Degree 1.0, while the submitted interfaces come from Degree 2.0. The Degree 1.0 interfaces should be deleted, but this cleaning has not yet been done.
