The plugin provides an Coordinate Reference System Authority based on a text file (actually a Java epsg.properties file). The range of codes is not complete, it is limited by the projections supported by GeoTools, and allowances have been made to go with the axis order used by WMS 1.1.1.

The Plugin will work out of the box, simply drop it on your path.

The plugin may not be a suitable match for heavy use with GridCoverages, it does have the benifit of providing a few unoffical EPSG codes for places like New Zealand.

I have an arc-ims server witch makes coordination transformations from one epsg code to an other code. Sometimes this operation is too slow. I have used your EPSG WKT for coordinatetransfomation and compared it with the esri getproject.

Your's is very fast, but the results differs sometimes from 10% to 20%. Who have the better values?

An other question is what is bursa-wolf parameters. If i use EPSG-WKT and ESRI-WKT, he say no bursa-wolf parameter available.
