IS Maven have all the capability

Hi all

i am working in product based company

till now we are using ANT to buiild our product but i want to change it to maven

With ANT to build the products we aredoing in following steps

1) downloading the code from CVS

2) Compiling java,JSP and EJB files

3) creating jar,war,ear files depends on the condition

Can i do all these things through maven also
