I propose to add some attributes/tags/whatever that allows me to configure my language level *once* in my pom.xml
At the moment I have to configure every single plugin (compiler, idea, xref...) and therefore have to repeat myself several times.
I am quite sure that this is the case for some other properties too. So there should be a possibility to configure some *project* properties that all plugins respect.
