ie fixes cdrar

This cdrar (Content Delivery Resource Archive) contains Content Delivery Units targeted at fixing Internet Explorer (IE) bugs and incompatibility issues.

Construction of this package has only started. At present this package only contains a fix for one IE6 bug. Extending this package to contain fixes for more IE bugs is one of the primary short to medium term goals of the Milyn Project.
