At PDC 2003 Microsoft presented ObjectSpaces and it seemed like a straight-forward ORM. Now that it has been rolled into WinFS, which will be shipped after Longhorn, all bets are off.
It is only relevant to Neo insofar that some of the concepts are similar: Finders are Factories, ObjectSpace (or whatever it will be called) is ObjectContext, and OPath which is very similar, if more powerful than the Qualifier formats.
