VB Templates

I've converted the templates to VB.NET, anybody needs them?

Two small problemos:

1. The "Using" (formerly known as "import") statements occur several times in the generated code; you have to remove them manually.

2. The generated Class files (as well as the base files generated by the commandline utility) have a ".cs" extension. The model file generated by the VS plugin has the correct extension.
