The XBean project uses the Subversion version control system. If you're new to Subversion, the free O'Reilly Version Control with Subversion book is an excellent starting point.

Developer Access to Subversion
Only project developers can access the SVN tree via this method. SSH must be installed on your client machine. Enter your site password when prompted.
