Thresholds for alerts are defined in <a class="confluence-link" href="/display/SONAR/Quality+Profiles" data-linked-resource-id="114786474" data-linked-resource-type="page" data-linked-resource-default-alias="Quality Profiles" data-base-url="http://docs.codehaus.org">quality profiles</a>, for example &quot;coverage &lt; 50%&quot;. It is to be noted that analysis does not stop, it will go to the end.
