<p>It would be nice to have some documented migration guides. Especially if you have a project that does not adopt mavens concepts.<br /> Examples of things that are not like maven recommends them:</p> <ul> <li>No repositories</li> <li>tons of selfnamed and non versioned jars (in version controll)</li> </ul> <p>It would be really helpfull to have something like a SOS or migration plugin that allows you to easily add dependencies in an old fashioned way: option to rely on the classpath or the possibility to add a directory path to the classloader-thingy that maven uses.</p>
