<p>Provides some Geotools's fonctionalities as OpenOffice plugins. For example, the plugin provides coordinate operation services as formulas inside the Calc spreadsheet.</p>

<h2>Module Status</h2>

<p>The <code>openoffice</code> extension is stable. However the formulas in the &quot;nature&quot; section may be deleted in a future version, since they may be more appropriate in the JScience project.</p>

<h2>Future development</h2>

<p>Would like to maps more Geotools functionalities to OpenOffice (import filters for shapefile and other formats, map rendering in a embeded object, etc.)</p>
