As result of a bachelor thesis at the HSR University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil, Institute for Software, three students had implemented refactoring features for the Groovy-Eclipse plugin. The code is refactoring features are available in a branch version 1.5.7 of the groovy-eclipse code. After a successful testing phase, the refactoring feature will be included into the official groovy-eclipse plugin. So please try out this version of the plugin.Groovy-Eclipse Plug-in. The most needed Refactorings are implemented yet. If you find bugs, or have ideas if improvement please create an issue in Jira for the component "Refactoring"
