Temporary directory files not deleted

Detailed Description

A sun bug that has been open for some time can result in the temporary directory for a context being incompletely deleted on Windows machines when the context is stopped.

We've provided a little executable jar that will periodically sweep the system temporary directory (ie the one designated in the java System property and delete any files that are no longer in use by a context.

You can obtain the sweeper.jar from the maven repository. By default, it will sweep once every hour. You can select the interval by supplying the number (in milliseconds) on the command line as an argument. For example, to run the sweeper once every 30mins:

Code Block
java -jar sweeper.jar 1800000
