Copy the following jars from the BTM distribution to the Tomcat lib/ directory:
- btm-2.0.1.jar
- geronimo-jta_1.0.1B_spec-1.0.1.jar
- slf4j-api-1.6.0.jar
- slf4j-jdk14-1.6.0.jar
- btm-tomcat55-lifecycle-2.1.0.1.jar (it works with both Tomcat 5.5 and Tomcat 6)
