Import into Eclipse

Open Eclipse, select your workspace and import project
File -> import

ThemThen,

General -> Existing Project into Workspace

Select root directory: Select the project folder that the project and press finish contains .
 

Run project from eclipse

Open Debug or Run Dialog
 
 Them  Then, select Flex Application and new New
 
 Modify URL or path to launch since it shows the following image
 
 Apply change and press Debug or Run
