If you desire your project to be almost (it's not perfect, but it's fairly complete) completely hidden, simply touch private in the haus.d/ directory of the project.

Stealth differs from private in that stealth just hides the project but leaves it accessible, private actually locks access to certain pieces of the project (eg. source repository)
