Explanation
wiki@grails.org is not controlled by Codehaus (I know this might be a
little bit counter-intuitive); however as part of our value added
service we have included the response from Grails support (from last
time someone asked!)

Could you try to login on the grails.org site here: http://grails.org/login
Then go here: http://grails.org/profile
And uncheck the box saying you want to receive wiki updates.
And you should not receive emails anymore.
Ideally, it'd be better if we'd just send a daily email, and not
updates every time there's an update made to one page 
But it's not been implemented so far.
