Jetty Quick Start
Prerequisites
Hardware:
- 6 MB of disk space for Jetty source, 24 MB for binaries, 26 MB for Hightide
Operating System:
- Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Windows 2000
- UNIX
Environment
- Java 1.5 or greater
- Maven 2.0.8 or greater, if you are developing with Jetty
- Subversion (SVN) if you are contributing to the Jetty project or you want to check out the very latest source code.Note: more stable versions of source are available as zip or tar files.
Installation
- Download the latest Jetty from Eclipse or older versions from the Codehaus. Click the version you want and follow the prompts to Save it on your system.
- 1.Install and run the version you downloaded. Locate your version in the table and follow the instructions:
