Build and release the Hudson plugin

Build

build hudson
sources are located into plugins/sonar
start hudson and the sonar plugin with the embedded jetty :
browse to http://localhost:8080
jetty automatically detects compilation updates then restarts. Very useful.
read the hudson plugin documentation and javadoc

Release

edit the file ~/.java.net :
tag subversion and upload the release:
add the changelog to release notes.
