Vision

Case come in different types.  There is a whole range starting from volatile to more static content.  A thought or a single person-to-person message is volatile, a group discussion, meeting or a wiki page is in the middle and a contract or user manual for a specific product is static content.  Currently *a lot* of time is waisted on transforming thoughts and simple messages into more static content.  An important purpose of Douglass is to facilitate that flow of information from volatile to static.
