Usage & Installation

  • Stop Sonar Web server
  • Copy the JAR file to the directory extensions/plugins/
  • Restart Sonar server
  • Configure the plugin at global level and for each project

Usage

Maven projects

If your project is built with Maven, you should add in your pom

and if you aren't in a java project you need to add to the build section drl language :

Non-maven projects

If you project does not use Maven as a build engine, you should create a small pom.xml file at the root of you project and have the following content in it :

Running analysis

To kick-off the analysis, run mvn sonar:sonar

Known limitations

  • Only drl files are imported. 
  • The inspection by the verifier is done file by file.
