Instructions
- checkout a fresh SVN version
- change the release version information
- tag SVN with that new release
- call ant distribution
- upload all the zips and the jars to the WebDAV distribution site
- upload the javadocs through rsync to the WebDAV web site
- announce the release
- update the release version information to the next snapshot
