Recent Development

For the 2.2.x branch the shapefile module has:

Module Status

The arcsde module is stable for data reading, most pending issues refers to transaction support.

The arcsde module is out of the build due to the following reason:
On a previous version of this page
the arcsde libraries were easily downloaded without going through any license agreement. Now, though still any license
agreement exists, the libraries seem difficult to find (uncompressing the .tars doesnt give them up), so I'm going to get the
arcsde module out of the normal build and require that the users who intend to use it add them to their classpath and
uncomment the module on plugins/pom.xml
