Added a navigation bar and filled in some fields. Some problems with Maven2...further updates tonight
The SVN server has been set up. Access can be obtained using instructions from the SVN Access page. Nothing has been committed yet, though I hope to change that later tonight.
I've also updated the JIRA with lots and lots of new tasks for the first release due out next Monday, August 8th.
Finally, I've added a bunch of pages to this site that I hope to flesh out in the coming days. The old homepage has been reworked, and the proposal moved to a separate site.
