Raise a chore for the conversion of an existing CVS repository to a Subversion repository.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO THIS YOURSELF. RAISE A CHORE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Lock the CVS repository

cd ~FOO
mv scm scm-cvs
chmod go-ws -R scm-cvs

Convert the repository

/usr/local/cvs2svn/cvs2svn -s scm-svn scm-cvs

Configure the model

This can only be done by OpenXource at present. Hence the chore.

Push DNS configuration change

Update svn-dav.conf

Update fisheye
