1. You have just been told by a project that you're welcome onboard as a committer (or associated person)
2. You are a project despot and want to know what you have to do to get a new person on your project

Information required

We need the following to occur:

1. Email me - bwalding@codehaus.org (or failing that bob@codehaus.org) to get the signup URL (our processes aren't fully ironed out yet, so we don't want this overly public). I do not want to get emails from people before they've been nominally accepted onto the project. Project despots are welcome to send the signup URL to users directly - Operations do not need to be part of the process.

1. Signup at the provided URL
2. Log in at Xircles
3. Browse to the project you're applying for - http://xircles.codehaus.org/projects
4. Click on the link (left hand side) to apply for developer privileges
5. Wait for a project despot to approve your application
6. Fill in any extra details on your user account (eg. SSH keys if the project uses CVS)
