Contains a Property file based CoordinateReferenceSystemAuthorityFactory (the property file is too large to be included in the main geotools release).

Module Status

The epsg-wkt plugin is stable, but may be deprecated in a future geotools release. The suggested replacement is epsg-hsql.

Future development

• We need to move the URN wrapper recently added to epsg-wkt to the referencing module.
• We need to finish the implementation of epsg-extensions.

Once the two above items are completed, the epsg-wkt module can be deleted.
